Looking for experience WordPress developer consultant for 1 to 2 week engagement to develop a proof of concept starting in the 1st half of June. Application is employment related and involves MySQL and PHP development.
If proof of concept is successful, follow on consulting assignments are likely.
Developer must have prior experience developing WordPress applications including applications that involve getting web page data from MySQL, mutli-site deployments, and PHP development. Good communication skills required.
Other skills/experience that would be a plus:
– Integrating with subscription based credit card payment systems.
– Integrating with email service providers, i.e. Mail Chimp, Blue Hornet, etc.
– Integrating with a CRM.
– Web site analytics.
Other requirements:
– Reside in NYC area.
– Must provide resume.
– Must provide list of web sites/examples of previous work.
– Must be willing to be phone screened and be interviewed 1 time in person in downtown NYC in order to be considered a candidate.
– 1099 consulting arrangement.
– Must be willing to meet several times in downtown NYC while developing the proof of concept.
– Must be willing to have 1 or more conference calls per day during the proof of concept.
