Must be experienced, neat, trustworthy, dependable, and have references.
Need is immediate as I have projects that are in progress and a developer who had to drop out because of personal issues.
NOTE: I will not consider overseas developers. I want to work with individuals in shouting distance of New York, NJ, CT.
