when i view this site (http://gaintalent.com/temp/) in IE8, for some reason unbeknownst to me, there’s the light blue stripe across the bottom. Here’s a screenshot: http://www.screenshots.cc/original/305/af1aq.
But it doesnt appear in any other browsers, IE versions or otherwise. Plus I’ve searched through all the CSS and there’s no element that even has that color (#487093).
Any idea why this is happening? I suspect its something other than CSS but I really dont know. please advise. thanks in advance!
