In 2009 Jane was in charge of co-ordinating Audio/Video. I noticed that, really, she didn’t have the time to do it. I’m quite happy to take it on, and work with Ryan Markel at wordcamp.tv to maximize coverage.
My first suggestion would be that the purchase of a number of audio recorders should be considered. Often there is not a problem with having people shoot footage – but without decent audio it’s next to useless!
Zoom has just come out with a new $99 ‘mini’ model the H1 Handy Recorder which should work fine. Any chance of putting a few in the budget?
