Website personalization allows you to serve a custom tailored experience based on user needs. Tying it to a CRM (customer relationship manager) allows you to tie this customized content to where someone sits in your marketing funnel. Personalization mimics the in-person customer experience with something as simple as “Good morning” in the users time zone. Advanced personalization could be, “Hello, Dana. Welcome back and here are some more articles on Bitcoin you wanted to read. We’ve hidden the AI articles you never read.”
We will walk through what needs to happen in the code for this to be possible. We will also share real life examples using behavior tracking, CRM integrations, referral sources, language preferences, privacy politics, and geo-targeting. All code snippets will be available via GitHub after the presentation.
