Using Nivo Slider. It works perfectly on localhost, but not on Godaddy’s server. Get permissions error from plugin. Error says to set permissions for a particular folder to 777 to be able to upload files. Changed permissions accordingly. Still doesn’t work. Changed code to allow 755 permissions and changed folder permissions to 755. Still no good. Everything works on localhost – no matter what I do. Does not work on Godaddy – no matter what. Where else can I look to troubleshoot/fix error? Changing hosting companies would be a big deal at this point, since there are multiple sites, including the main one which is ASP on Windows hosting. There are other issues involved in switching hosts, which make that not a good solution. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!
