plugin easy add thumbnail (images) – anyone with experience with?

    Hi . I finally moved my wp.com posts into wp.org – 800 of them! I’m using the Pagelines Platform theme and it has featured images. Pagelines suggested I use the ‘easy add thumbnail’ plugin and it implies that it will add images to pre-existing posts but this did not seem to happen when I uploaded it. wondering if anyone might know… thanks.
