Hi,
I’m looking for a plugin that will do same/similar to what this site has at the END of each post:

…where you can like (facebook), tweet the article link (twitter), add to your Google+, or share via email, and more.

Anyone know what plugin would do exactly this for me?

They are using SHARE THIS — It has my login info stored when I click their share buttons.
