Menu bar is displaying crazy in IE plus

    I would appreciate any input to help resolve my two menu bar issues.

    1. First in IE only*, each menu item (li) appears the full length of the page. I was able to kind of fix it, by adding a conditional tag of display:inline. But it’s still not working properly. (* in some operating systems the menu items in IE is working okay, but it’s not consistent)

    2. My drop downs are not working on the ipad.

    What would be causing this to happen in the first place?
