    Looking for a plugin that has 2 components: a) form that user fills in with data, and b) allows user to browse and upload files to an ftp server. There’s a plugin at wp.com called Easy FTP Upload, but it seems like it is defunct….

    A plugin that integrates DropBox would be ok, too… but the front end order form is important.

    All suggestions welcome. Thanks!

    Gravity Forms has an upload field.
