Changing URLs/File Paths

Hi folks!

I’m in the midst of launching a new site for my client. The current url looks like this – http://ec2-54-214-185-226.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com/wordpress/wp-content/themes/pagelines/sections/twitterbar/twitter-balloon.png

I need to change the file path/relative urls to this: /wp-content/themes/pagelines/sections/twitterbar/twitter-balloon.png

The new site will be at http://www.jcnjrecovery.org.

Do I need to download the wp-config.php file to change the file path URL?

Any advice will be appreciated.
