    Hi Does any one know a good plug-in that will allow users to open a service/help desk ticket on line. I want to be able to have customers submit request online, check status as it’s being worked on, and possible assign to one of my staff. Like a very small help desk ticket plu-in

    Not completely sure however I believe Piklist will do this…..ask Steve

    @AKZMeDesigns As Vincent mentioned Piklist can definitely do this, but it would require some coding on your part. It’s still in Beta and this type of functionality is not completely worked out.
