Back Up Buddy – status unknown but says successful..?

ParticipantHello WPNYC – I am trying to backup a site I recently moved to hostgator. The back up file (below) says successful, however when I look at the archive page the status remains unknown…..how do I know if I have a good backup..?

ParticipantImport the back-up to a clean WP installation somewhere else and see what you have.

Participantand/or post on backup buddy’s support forum. I had good results when I had a question. response was direct from backup buddy team.
