ParticipantHello WPNYC – I have been using Backup Buddy for several years without a problem….this week I have had 2 issues.
Currently, I am trying to do a complete backup and I keep getting a “ping, waiting for server”
I posted in the backup buddy forum but who know how long that will take…..any suggestions will help.

ParticipantHi AKZ……I removed the old version and uploaded the new version (new a few weeks back) and everything worked again……little scarey to depend on a plugin so much, but it’s great for moving from staging to live very quickly.
