    The Technical Project Manager oversees the development and deployment of our proprietary WordPress platform. Critical to this position is the vision to create a robust & structured, yet flexible, platform that meets the needs of our ever-expanding client-base both locally and abroad. This position will report to the Associate Director of WordPress Development.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Assessment and definition of scope, needed resources, and the coordination/resource management of both internal and external personnel
    • Planning, monitoring, reporting & administering the execution of multiple projects
    • Manage and develop master project schedules
    • Understand priorities, quality goals, delivery within budget and time constraints
    • Collaborate with product manager, design, and development teams on product/project roadmaps and needs
    • Generate and maintain technical scope and system documentation as well as development backlogs
    • Schedule & oversee design and/or code reviews
    • Review team progress and identify opportunities for process and team improvement
    • Provide accurate and timely updates to management

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Computer Science or related field
    • 3 or more years Project Management experience
    • 2-5 years’ experience in Information Technology
    • Direct experience as a developer using several of the following technologies relevant to our business: WordPress, HTML, HTML5, PHP, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL
    • Possesses strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
    • Ability to interact, direct & influence cross-functional teams that span the organization
    • Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, decisive and able execute under accelerated timeframes and to quickly adapt to changing priorities
    • Excellent communication, organization and relationship management skills
    • Insists on quality deliverables
