In your admin Panel, go to Settings > Permalinks. Change it to the default setting (make sure you know what setting you’re on now), then save. Next, change it back to the original setting and save again.

Have you tried resetting your permalinks under Settings?

I’d recommend downloading a copy of your mySQL database, rather than exporting the XML file, since the database will retain all of the settings (which the XML file will not).
