    We own several prime generic domain names in various categories including industrial and consumer products, directories, donations, etc. which we are interested in learning how best to monetize using “light development”. Interested in learning how best to develop using Wordpress templates, themes and plug-ins to generate a revenue stream. Interested in attending WP events to meet experienced and helpful individuals interested in collaborating.

    If they are all similar, the easiest way to manage this is WordPress multisite with domain mapping. I would recommend using a good solid Parent theme, and then use a child theme for each site, making any unique changes in the parent.

    Here’s a post explaining domain mapping.

    FYI: I’m not sure if your typical $5 a month hosting company will allow domain mapping.
