    I want to give customers of mine the ability to pay me (they owe different amounts of money) by entering the specific dollar amount on my website, into an “Amount” field BEFORE they click a “Pay Now” button that THEN takes them to the paypal/credit card checkout.

    Most paypal plugins i’ve seen only let the visitor adjust the dollar amount AFTER they click a button, leave my site, and reach the beginning of the Paypal checkout process in a different window.

    Know of any plugins that will achieve this? Thanks.

    Jake – You can do this by using the WP-Ecommerce Plugin and configuring this to be used as a donation, you will have to go into the code and change the word donation to payment or what ever you want.
